DIY Expedition – Oregon Caves National Monument

The Oregon Caves National Monument spans approximately 15,000 feet (4,600 m.) It is a solutional cave located in the northern Siskiyou Mountains of southwestern Oregon.

Discovered by Elijah Davidson in 1874, it is a terrific place to visit on a hot summer day, …as the temperature in the cave stays at an almost constant 45º.
